I’m Laura Skaggs. I have been working in the real estate industry since 2005 and with Toni since 2013. My job on the team is to oversee all the details after your home goes under contract. I watch to make sure inspections and appraisals get scheduled, and deadlines are met. I also work closely with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and title companies concerning the many aspects of selling your home. My job is to watch every detail so you can be excited about packing for the big move! What do I like best about my job on the team? When everyone comes together – the inspector, the appraiser, the loan officer… and does their job well… that’s a very good day!
